As far as a state, the requirements listed by Marrissa covers Texas. As a district, we have 17 hours of required classrom training for our drivers each year. We offer about 25 different classes they can choose from. The classes go from procedures and polices, student management, CPI, post accident procedures, etc. Each class lasts about an hour, and are offered several times to accomadate our large corps of drivers and their schedules.
